कंपनियां experience मांगती हैं, लेकिन पहली नौकरी से पहले practical experience मिलना आसान नहीं होता। इसी अंतर को कम करने के लिए Prime Minister Internship Scheme यानी PM Internship Scheme (PMIS) शुरू की गई है।
इस योजना के माध्यम से युवाओं को कंपनियों में काम करके वास्तविक workplace experience और skills सीखने का अवसर मिलता है। अगस्त 2026 में भी Ministry of Corporate Affairs ने PMIS interns और partner companies के साथ कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया था, जिससे स्पष्ट है कि scheme का implementation जारी है।
PM Internship Scheme 2026 क्या है?
PM Internship Scheme युवाओं को कंपनियों में practical training और work experience देने की सरकारी पहल है।
इसका उद्देश्य केवल classroom में मिली शिक्षा तक सीमित रहने के बजाय युवाओं को वास्तविक workplace में काम करने का अनुभव देना है।
Scheme को Ministry of Corporate Affairs यानी MCA लागू कर रही है। इसका बड़ा लक्ष्य पांच वर्षों में देश के युवाओं के लिए बड़े स्तर पर internship opportunities उपलब्ध कराना है।

2026 में PM Internship Scheme में क्या बदलाव हुआ?

22 अप्रैल 2026 को Ministry of Corporate Affairs ने Pilot Phase में eligibility का विस्तार करते हुए final-year Graduate और Postgraduate students को भी शामिल करने की घोषणा की। इसका उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को पढ़ाई पूरी होने से पहले industry exposure उपलब्ध कराना है।
इसलिए PM Internship Scheme को केवल ऐसे युवाओं की scheme समझना सही नहीं होगा जिन्होंने पढ़ाई पूरी कर ली है।
लेकिन eligibility अलग internship opportunity और current phase के अनुसार देखना जरूरी है।
PM Internship में कितना पैसा मिलता है?
PMIS में internship के दौरान financial assistance का प्रावधान है।
2026 की सरकारी जानकारी में कुछ Phase III opportunities के लिए selected interns को लगभग ₹9,000 प्रति माह financial assistance दिए जाने की जानकारी दी गई है। उदाहरण के लिए SAIL Bhilai Steel Plant की April 2026 PMIS opportunities में नौ महीने की internship और लगभग ₹9,000 monthly stipend बताया गया था।
May 2026 की एक अन्य सरकारी PMIS outreach update में भी selected youth के लिए ₹9,000 प्रति माह total financial assistance की जानकारी दी गई थी।
इसके अलावा June 2026 के सरकारी youth overview में PMIS के तहत ₹9,000 monthly assistance और ₹6,000 one-time incidental grant का उल्लेख है।
ध्यान रखें: किसी specific internship के लिए मिलने वाली राशि और अवधि उसकी current official listing में जरूर जांचें।
PM Internship Scheme में कौन Apply कर सकता है?
Eligibility current phase और internship opportunity के अनुसार जांचना जरूरी है।
2026 में उपलब्ध कुछ PMIS opportunities में 10वीं पास, 12वीं पास, ITI, Diploma और Graduate candidates के लिए अवसर दिए गए हैं।

Scheme के शुरुआती Pilot में 12 महीने की structured internships का framework था।
लेकिन 2026 में SAIL Bhilai Steel Plant की Phase III opportunity में internship की अवधि 9 महीने बताई गई थी।
इसलिए 2026 में हर PMIS internship को automatically 12 महीने की मानना सही नहीं होगा।

PM Internship में किस तरह का काम मिल सकता है?

जैसे functional areas शामिल थे।

Portal पर registration/login की प्रक्रिया पूरी करें।
अपनी personal और educational information सही भरें।
उपलब्ध internship opportunities देखें।
Location, qualification और area of interest के अनुसार suitable opportunity चुनें।
Eligibility ध्यान से पढ़ें।
जरूरी details/documents पूरा करके application submit करें।
Application submit करने के बाद portal पर status और नई updates देखते रहें।

हां।
Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports और Ministry of Corporate Affairs ने PMIS awareness और youth mobilisation के लिए MY Bharat platform के माध्यम से भी काम किया है।
16 जुलाई 2026 तक MY Bharat के PMIS opportunity page से 98,632 युवाओं को PMIS portal की तरफ redirect किया गया था।

PM Internship के लिए कौन से Documents चाहिए?
Exact documents opportunity और registration process के अनुसार बदल सकते हैं। सामान्य रूप से applicant को अपनी:
- Aadhaar से जुड़ी जानकारी
- Mobile number
- शैक्षणिक योग्यता की जानकारी
- Marksheet/Certificate
- Bank से संबंधित आवश्यक जानकारी
- Photograph
- अन्य मांगे गए documents
तैयार रखने चाहिए।

क्या 10वीं और 12वीं पास को भी Internship मिल सकती है?
2026 में जारी कुछ official PMIS opportunities में qualification Class 10 से Graduation तक रखी गई थी।
May 2026 की सरकारी information में भी 12वीं, ITI, Diploma और Graduation पूरी कर चुके युवाओं के लिए opportunities का उल्लेख किया गया।
लेकिन इसका अर्थ यह नहीं कि हर internship सभी qualifications के लिए होगी।

OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN या banking password किसी के साथ share न करें।

2026 में PM Internship Scheme कितनी बड़ी हो चुकी है?
June 2026 की सरकारी youth report के अनुसार May 2026 तक PMIS में 63,000 से अधिक internship opportunities उपलब्ध थीं। Opportunities 25 से अधिक sectors और 730 से अधिक districts तक फैली थीं।
